I grew up in Cuba, and all my experience is in insurance. I have many years of experience. I started in 2006, which has allowed me to work in all departments – Auto, Homeowners, and Commercial Departments. I have a position of support for the franchises. What excites me most about my work is to already have the experience to provide good customer service and educate them on what they must obey in their policy to be well insured.
What I really enjoy personally is to throw parties at my house – I really enjoy decorating, singing and dancing! My favorite way to spend the weekend is to go out with my family to a nice hotel or visit friends to spend some time together. I am also passionate about supporting the cause of St. Jude Hospital and bringing gifts to the sick children at the end of the year, as well as providing monetary donations.
